FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE UPGRADING OF THE MOUNTAIN CREEK PUMP STATION FOR A LUMP SUM FEE OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($14,800.00). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. for engineering services relative to the upgrading of the Mountain Creek Pump Station for a lump sum fee of $14,800.00.
